Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use MossyMind.
Your Account
MossyMind uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your account secure.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in MossyMind, including tasks, habits, journal entries, goals, quotes, and settings.
You grant MossyMind a limited license to host, store, process, and sync your content so we can provide the Service.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
- Do not reverse engineer or misuse the Service beyond its intended purpose.
Sync and Storage
MossyMind is designed for local-first use with optional cloud sync. If you enable sync, your data is stored in our cloud database to keep devices in sync.

Third-Party Services
MossyMind relies on third-party services such as Google (for sign-in) and Supabase (for authentication, database, and realtime sync).
Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
We may also update these Terms, and we will post the latest version on this page.
Termination
You may stop using MossyMind at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MossyMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
