Feature lists are easy to inflate and hard to use. MossyMind keeps the hierarchy simple: tasks lead the daily desk. Categories, priorities, and focus help you decide and act. Goals and habits preserve longer threads. Journal entries and quotes help you reflect or reset. One capture control reaches all five content types.
Capture and organize
Add a task through the same capture dock used for habits, goals, journal entries, and quotes. Put tasks into named, color-coded categories, give them a day, and move them without rewriting them. Unfinished tasks automatically return to Today.
Choose and focus
Use optional importance and urgency signals or switch to a four-outcome priority view: Do first, Plan, Delegate, or Let go. When a task deserves focused time, attach the adjustable work/rest timer so the session names the work in front of you.
Keep direction and reflection nearby
Keep up to four active goals and break each into concrete steps. Mark daily habits with one tap. Save private journal revisions. Keep personal quotes in a calm ribbon that can pause when you want less motion. These tools stay available without taking over the task board.
Work across devices without exposing public pages
The responsive web app works offline and shares the same product UI with desktop and Android hosts. Personal content stays behind authentication and is not included in the public sitemap. Readable content is encrypted before synchronization; the privacy page documents the recovery and analytics boundaries.
