MossyMind is a personal daily desk for tasks, habits, goals, journal entries, quotes, and focus. You own what you write. We provide the service with care, charge clearly, and never hold your data hostage.
1. Your account
You sign in with Google. Each account is for one person. Keep your devices and Google account secure — anyone who can open your signed-in device can see your desk. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires) to use MossyMind.
2. The free demo
New accounts get 30 days of full access with no card required. When the demo ends, your desk becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can always export your data.
3. Plans and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars before purchase and may include applicable taxes.
- ✓Yearly — $20 per year. Renews automatically each year until you cancel.
- ✓Lifetime — $40, paid once. Full access for as long as MossyMind operates, including future updates.
- ✓Web purchases are processed by Stripe; Android purchases by Google Play. Their terms also apply to the payment itself.
- ✓Upgrading from Yearly to Lifetime stops the yearly renewal immediately; the unused part of the year is not refunded.
- ✓Existing Monthly subscriptions continue at their price until canceled. Monthly is no longer sold to new customers.
- ✓One-time offers (for example a discounted Lifetime when canceling) are limited to one per account and expire when stated.
4. Canceling
Cancel a Yearly plan any time from Billing (web) or Google Play (Android). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
5. What “Lifetime” means
Lifetime access lasts for as long as we operate MossyMind. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and keep data export available throughout.
6. Your content
You own everything you put in MossyMind. You give us only the permission needed to store, encrypt, sync, back up, and display it to you — and, if you turn it on, to share the categories you choose with ChatGPT. We do not sell your content, show ads, or use it to train AI models.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use MossyMind to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, to probe it for vulnerabilities without permission (report them to us instead), or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
8. Not medical advice
MossyMind can help you organize your day, including if you have ADHD, but it is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Our guides are educational.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep MossyMind available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel for a prorated refund.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, MossyMind is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time from Settings. Deletion is scheduled with a 7-day grace period you can cancel, then it is permanent. Cancel any active subscription first so you are not charged again.
